What is the minimum stay for a long-term rental in Bali?

Our minimum stay is 1 month. Most listings can be booked monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or yearly. The longer you commit, the better the per-month price - yearly leases are typically 30-40% cheaper per month than monthly rates.

What is included in long-term rentals?

All long-term rentals come fully furnished with WiFi, kitchen, AC and bedding. Most monthly rentals include weekly cleaning, electricity and water. Yearly leases sometimes have utilities billed separately - we always make this clear in the listing before you commit.

Is the WiFi fast enough for remote work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We pre-screen every listing for internet speed and only show properties with at least 25 Mbps real-world download. Most of our Canggu, Berawa and Pererenan villas have fiber lines at 50-100+ Mbps - good enough for video calls, large uploads, and streaming simultaneously.

Which areas of Bali are best for long-term rentals?

Canggu, Berawa and Pererenan are the most popular for digital nomads (coworking, cafes, beach). Seminyak and Kerobokan suit those who want city-style convenience. Ubud is for nature and yoga. Uluwatu is for surfers. Sanur is calmer and family-friendly. We cover all of them.

Do you charge a fee or commission?

We don't charge a separate fee on top of the listing price. The price you see is the price you pay. Our compensation comes from the property owners, not from you - so we have zero incentive to push you toward more expensive options.

How do I pay for a long-term rental?

Accepted Answer

Most monthly rentals require the first month plus a deposit (typically equal to 1 month) up front, paid via international wire, Wise, or USDT. Yearly leases are negotiable - some owners accept quarterly payments. We never ask for cash to a personal account.

Can I see the place before signing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you're already in Bali, we'll set up viewings the same day. If you're abroad, we send you a video walkthrough on WhatsApp and a live video call before any deposit. We never pressure you to commit sight-unseen.
